BMEC hires specific Subcontractors to perform portions or all of the construction work. Responsibilities may include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records. BMEC handles any size repair, renovations, and additions for commercial, industrial, and government buildings.

Design/Build
In Design/Build, a process of project delivery, the Owner hires one Contractor to design and construct a building.BMEC is responsible for both the dependability of the design as well as the quality of the building installation, thus producing an on-time and on-budget end project that satisfies the Owner’s expectations. With Design/Build, construction can begin while the building is being designed which saves time. As the building is being constructed, the Contractor and/or Subcontractors can find other ways to save on design and material. They can work together to get the project done accurately and efficiently. The Owner can communicate with the Contractor during the construction process to get the building to meet their needs.

This pushed us quickly into the government’s IDIQ contracting from an early stage. We have focused our team to continue to expand into IDIQ contracting services. We can facilitate all types of Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, including:

Asbestos, Lead Abatement, and Mold Remediation
BMEC abatement's Services Include Asbestos Abatement, Exterior Demolition, Interior Demolition, Lead Abatement, Environmental Surveys/Air Quality Sampling, Complete Mechanical, and Electrical Dismantling, Mold Remediation, Surface Preparation, and Waste Management/LEED Compliance. Our team will arrive at your site fully equipped with the most up-to-date asbestos, lead-based paint abatement, and mold remediation equipment, including recyclable steel shot blasting systems, chemical strippers, and HEPA filtered air filtration systems if necessary. Once the removal operation is complete, we provide each customer with complete documentation regarding air sampling, lead worker qualifications, proper waste disposal of lead-based materials, and all applicable permits. This level of follow-through will provide peace of mind that the lead hazard(s) has/have been removed.
